Hengyang Hudong Chemical works in Hunan Province is a township enterprise with rich resources. It was constructed in 1973,covering an area of 20,000sq.m.. The main product is Guanqiu Brand zinc oxide.

It locates in the crossing strip of 107 National High Road and jingzhu express way and Jingguang Rail Road travels through this area. The scenery there is beautiful and traffic convenient.

Currently our works has total assets 30,000,000yuan; 20,000,000yuan of it is fixed assets. The annual output of the zinc oxide and vitriol are 8,000tons and 15,000tons separately. It has 218 workers and 58 professionals.

Since its establishment we have persistently attached great importance on the development of technology and upgrade of quality. It has grown from a small processing workshop to a middle-scale enterprise with 200 workers. The product has also upgraded from the former sub-quality zinc oxide to high-grade zinc oxide with pureness up to 99.5%. This is the first rate standard in the domestic markets. It is widely used in the production of rubber, tires, paints, ceramics, printing ink, cables, paper and glass. With the joint efforts of the leaders and workers, Guanqiu Brand zinc oxide has found markets in more than 20 provinces; and it has also established good reputation in European and American countries, and East Asian countries like Thailand, Singapore, and Philippines.
